Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 80

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 Business Days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Replacement

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The product has been physically damaged by the customer.

  • Accessories or original packaging are missing.

  • The customer changes their mind after use.

Flikto currently provides Replacement Only. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

Warranty

Some products may include manufacturer or seller warranty.

Warranty terms differ depending on the product category and supplier.

Physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty.
